However, this proportion can be expected to increase in the fu- ture, as working from home is more cost-effective for many employers, and the epidemic of Covid-19 has facilitated a mass test of teleworking logistics. While it is relatively common for those young people who are in employ- ment to work outside their profession, there has been some improvement in this area since 2013.
