The data show that what matters most to Slovenian young people at work is that their job is interesting, that they are autonomous, that their work has a clear goal, and that their job is secure. Comparing data from 2010 and 2020, job security has dropped from third to fourth place, but it should be pointed out that the value itself has not changed significant- ly (2010: 4,27, 2020: 4,21).
